I used to love the layout of HSBC app, and it makes me switch all my money or MPF investment to HSBC just because the app looks great. However, I would say the new update just look so alike to the BOC app (which I hate the design). I think we all prefer the old UI instead of this new one which is so hard to read especially for the credit card part. I’m shocked to see the new design.And It is so annoying that there must be an update whenever I open the app, like almost updating the app bi-weekly, super annoying! I just updated the app 2 days ago and now it asks me to update it AGAIN! Same as the Reward+ app, don’t even have a single time that I can directly use the app when I open so. You should at least allow the customer to use the app without updating it. And maybe force them to update after weeks or a month. Sometimes I just need to open the app urgently, it is a finance app, so it could really be urgent that I need to open the app asap
